Bad service. They were never on time, and the office had poor communication with customers. There were also issues with vaping inside the building. I found the company to be unprofessional and would not recommend them. My experience was that they focused more on making profit than providing good service. not seem properly trained and struggled to complete tasks correctly. The owner named Jason does the quickest way possible and dodges being there for a long time and try’s to rip people off with his worker called Lexi who’s a first year there and he has no idea what he’s doing sometimes I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone and Debbie in the office never calls but text everybody not very good communication skills and customer service which confuses the plumber when he came

Gladiator plumbing was allocated to fix some plumbing issues at my tenancy. It’s a rental, so I understand the landlord wants it done cheap. no drop sheets, no vacuuming, no dust pan, no wet wipes, nothing.. even the big bits left on the carpet, could of picked them up by hand .. a wipe down of the new product the landlord just paid for? Do they not expect photos of the job completed? It’s like they never left, minus the tool pack up. Hopefully at least the landlord saved some good coin🤞

Gary came out to install a new water tap for us. It seemed like a straightforward job, but the new hardware we bought didn't fit the original setup at all. Instead of throwing it in the too hard basket, Gary was incredibly patient with the whole situation. He sorted out the right replacement parts in no time and saved us a massive headache, not to mention he kept everything so organised and clean.
