Treats my father well and importantly, facilitates visitation like nowhere else! Very good place.
This place is terrible. Patients suffer greatly because of nurses who don't respond to their needs. They don't know how to treat them and they don't care at all. Infection control here is abysmal; they leave diapers soiled with feces and urine in the hallways and rooms. This place is truly useless.
I have loved my experiences working with the team and caregivers at Gladewater. They care so much! The facility is very nice, and you can feel the love and compassion from this team immediately upon arrival.
This place is incredible! So many rehab centers these days are short-staffed, clearly run down, and not well managed. By comparison, this organization is extremely strong. Great management, care givers, therapists, social workers, and even decent food. The building itself is situated on a picturesque property with water views and that staff are all so compassionate and attentive.
