I have loved my experiences working with the team and caregivers at Gladewater. They care so much! The facility is very nice, and you can feel the love and compassion from this team immediately upon arrival.
This place is incredible! So many rehab centers these days are short-staffed, clearly run down, and not well managed. By comparison, this organization is extremely strong. Great management, care givers, therapists, social workers, and even decent food. The building itself is situated on a picturesque property with water views and that staff are all so compassionate and attentive. Very sad for the residents!! The so called people that are supposed to be loving and caring taking care of these people are mentally and spiritually abusive…. Hopefully the big boss one day will take the time out to see what really goes on in that building…
