I called these guys today about a problem with my water heater. Had no hot water in my house. Could have easily sent someone out and charged me $800 for an emergency call out fee. Instead he spent time on the phone with me. Talked me through some troubleshooting and ended up getting it working by resetting the power. Did it completely free of charge. Genuinely honest and very skilled people.
