Our son sees Dr Pham for CBD oil to help manage some symptoms of his ASD. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication to patient care are evident in every visit. Dr Pham listens carefully to our concerns, providing clear and reassuring explanations, we always leave feeling confident in her advice and treatment plan. We are incredibly grateful to have Dr Pham's input in our sons care, and can highly recommend the practice to anyone seeking a wonderful GP!
My husband and I have been going to Gladesville medical since before the practice relocated from Pittwater Rd and in that time we have been seen through three of my spinal surgeries, my husbands t1 diabetes diagnosis and everything between, plus having 2 children and all the visits that come with kids and I can’t fault the team at all. I found this practice when I needed immediate help and they provided great support to me. Thank you. The rest of the experience was disappointing. I was referred to a specialist doctor as a joke to show my lack of knowledge of medical terminology. I did not get a referral to a dermatologist when I needed one from one doctor and had to make an appointment with another doctor. My visits to this practice ended after constant delays in seeing the doctor.
I had an appointment recently with Dr Dorothy Ting and the receptionist let another patient in disregarding my appointment. I ended up sitting there for more than an hour and since I couldn't wait there more, I left without seeing the Doctor
