I just wanted to say thank you to April, for putting me at ease and going through everything, I feel so much happier and not in pain anymore.
I have found the Diabetes exercise physiology classes very helpful. In addition to the excellent exercises, I have learned a lot about managing my blood sugar. Having been on 'diet and exercise' for many years, I am only now learning the process of keeping track of the ups and downs of diabetic blood sugar levels, which is wonderful!
Moved to Gladesville recently and am glad I have found this practice. Marcus and his team do a great job and I feel my injury rehab is well on track.
Marcus and Michael are the best. They always sort me out.
