Called beforehand to make an appointment and asked the cost of 2 new dogs just a nail trim was told it was 20 each so I went into the appointment very happy,staff were friendly and quick,Got told my bill was 80! For 2 nail trims on toy/small dogs.THEN im told actually you owe 16 more after I was charged and brought up the receipt so id have had to pay 96 after bringing up a concern about the receipt not the staff in the first place. This has been my dog and cat’s veterinarian care provider since 2021. Everything from check ups, to emergency care, surgeries, vaccines, nail trims, prescription, end of life care etc… the entire staff at this practice is knowledgeable and professional, yet personable, loving, and kind. I have referred many many friends to Glades Pike because I have received such execellent service for my pets. I genuinely feel like they care about my animals and treat them with love. Everyone is also very nice and accomodating to me. Just a great place!
