This company has a habbit of lying to customers. They love to upcharge on installations, i was quoted more than double what the cost of installing a water heater actually is. Im not sure if it's because I'm a younger woman and the owner thinks he can take advantage of people, or if he treats everyone like his own personal bank. Fortunately i found a licensed contractor to install it at a fair and proper price. But unfortunately I am now wishing I switched away from gas and away from this horrible company.
