They the absolute WORST COMPANY in Florida! They have highest rates in Florida, they are unbelievably pathetic at maintaining service. They will gouge you for all they can get. We REALLY NEED an investigation done, IRS, Federal government, check them over with a magnify glass. They should be penalized for THE CONSTANT OUTAGES, and RIDICULOUS response to restoring power. We have been constantly paying on time. And the ONE week we need ONE extra day to pay they wont work with us. We have 4 kids and cant afford to be disconnected. Even through a Pandemic we pay on time. Im SO over this company.
