Izzy went overboard to walk me through the process including the insurance. Dr.Tiwari was absolute best in treatment. He is a sort of perfectionist and cares about his patients for real.
used to be great until recent changes.. new front desk person has no idea what she is doing, new ortho always has to reschedule for "meetings" and isn't available for almost a full month, can't even get just a regular checkup or cleaning scheduled for over a month either.. not to mention they submitted my ortho claim under the wrong code so it got denied and now I magically owe an extra $1,000 to them because the claim they submitted (incorrectly) got denied.. ridiculous.. can't wait to be done with my ortho treatment then N... read more
I have been going to Glade Modern Dentistry for at least the past 5 years (give or take) and ever since this new “Office Manager” “Izzy” has taken over she has booked several of my appointments all of which had scheduling issues (late, unable to be completed etc..) which is incredibly frustrating. When “Brande” was the Office Manager I never had any issues with my appointments and the providers actually stayed at this office.
