My mother was a resident at this facility. Care was mostly adequate, but many times we found her room had not been cleaned, the trash had not been emptied, and soiled items had not been laundered causing the room to stink. These issues were cleared up pretty quickly most of the time. As most residents do, she had a DNR on file. She was found unresponsive one morning and it doesn't appear that DNR was communicated to EMS, because she was intubated against her wishes. She passed away later that day. We visited Glade Ave Assisted Living for the Thanksgiving family dinner a few days ago, and it was truly wonderful. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and it was the first time I really got to experience the community my mom has been living in. The food was genuinely great, and the staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable. I’m so grateful for how they’ve helped my mom feel at home. Highlyrecommend.

Neglectful facility of residents care and needs. Should be reported to the state for how they treat residents.
Our dad is in the memory care unit, and every time we visit, it feels so warm and welcoming. The staff are kind and attentive, and the environment is comfortable and caring. We’re so thankful knowing he’s in good hands.
