Since we moved in two months ago our experience has been nothing less than just pain horrible on every level. Tenants are given call buttons to push when you need help but the response time is always about an hour if they respond at all. On weekends it is worse due to understaffing. There is no medical staff or nurse on weekends. The food is unacceptable (hotdogs, sandwiches, or fast food type stuff most of the time) and food service is very slow due to understaffing. Great administrator with well welcoming employees.
My dad has been living here since August and absolutely loves it! They have very friendly staff, nice community vibes, and great outdoor space. I've had him at another community prior which wasn't on par, and we are very grateful to have moved him into this community.
My mom lives here and she absolutely loves it perfect for someone that doesn't quite need a full nursing home they all have they're own apartment and they have CNAs that come and check on them through out the day
The worst place I've seen, they have residents there that are on drugs and they know it and it is brought into there facility. They are more worried about their money then the residents safety. There is never a NURSE on staff after 4pm and they depend on some ADVANCED MED AIDES to do a nurses job!! It's just scary as hell!! The CMA'S are always on break but the cna's look Over worked!!
