My husband and I have been patients for over 10 years but we had to switch dentists because we were charged for a deep cleaning which was not given nor requested and the office manager refused to reimburse us our copay and refuses to return our calls and messages and even the dentist has never called us back since Feb. this year. We contacted the BBB but they were unsuccessful in contacting this dentist. We are extremely disappointed in our treatment because we expected professionalism but instead received rudeness.
