Been going to Glad for a while, overall was happy with teeth cleaning. However, in my last visit, they asked if it was okay if they applied fluoride on my teeth WITHOUT disclosing that it would be an extra charge. It took 5 seconds for them to brush on. And when I went to checkout, they told me the fluoride application would be $45 since it wasn't covered by insurance. Additionally the fluoride was very grainy and sticky, and had an awful taste. They also ended up brushing some of it on my mouth/lips and it felt like a mess ... read more
