They installed a different product with obvious cosmetic defects. They misrepresented it to me as a "manufacturer error" and promised to come back with a product to replace it but never returned my calls thereafter.

As an architect, I'm happy to say I hired Glacier for my personal window replacement project. The entire Glacier Team is excellent. Beautiful product. Expert installation (which is no small feat in a condo building). I highly recommend Glacier without reservation--and I look forward to working with them on other projects in the future!
I just completed the replacement of 3 windows in my condominium and Glacier Window & Door did an outstanding job!!! The sales team and the installation team were not only efficient, but a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them if you are considering replacing your windows or doors.
