Had an employee that charged to my account and Glacier Supply authorized it even though it said owner only authorization I refused to pay it. They sent it to Collections and told me I was responsible for it. Tried to talk to them several times about it and they told me I was responsible for it and every time I talk to him about it, they would hang up on me on the phone. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life.
Phone operator was very pleasant to speak with.
