Carole was polite, personable, and great to work with! We only had them add death dates to my parent's headstone which had been placed years back. They still gave us top notch service, surprisingly quickly, sent us a photo, and even added both of them and all their information, photo, and family connections to the Find a Grave website. This lady carol wasn't very professional in her business and don't know how to give a good quote on people s head stone my gf went in there for head stone price she was adding on to the price of head stone I wouldnt go back there and for my family head stone u don't feel welcome we went to another place to get our head stone we felt more welcome and delt with in more professional matter
