We went in to discuss a home listed on the market for 200 days, and upon arrival, while being very friendly, we found out it had gone down from the company’s side. We went in there to talk price about a quick possession house that's on the market for 200+ days and we liked the house so we pushed our budget to the max and wanted to discuss our max offer. Heather Clifford is the sales person who spoke to us and in our conversation she mentioned that thr prices are non negotiable. The experience was extremely unprofessional. While it's evident that their business model doesn't align with my boyfriend and me, the situation could have been treated as a respectful parting between business partners. Regrettably, due to the behavior of the Area Sales Manager, Robin MacCullouch, it evolved into an environment that lacked respect and had a negative undertone.
