Former individual and couples therapy client here. Do not use this practice if you want your private information to remain private! I experienced 2 separate HIPAA violations in my time as a client here. The first incident involved an email with multiple clients on it but the second was far worse. I received another clients entire patient record including all of their mental health details and then was harassed by phone by Kayla due to her own incompetence. Dr Nelson is absolutely AMAZING, she has literally saved my life. Glacier Psychology Services is one of the only mental health places I could find who takes our insurance. I am a business owner myself and I know they earn so much less through insurance payments rather than individual pay, but Dr Nelson is so compassionate about helping her clients she continues to take insurance payments.
