We were extremely pleased with installation of our generac . The installers were there to answer all our questions, and were very professional. Any time I have called the office they help find the answers and are very accommodating. I would highly recommend you use Glacier Power Solutions.
The boys at Glacier really helped out after another company walked off my job. They were able to explain my system and suggest fixes for what had already been fouled up. They were accurate as to estimates and timeliness. BJ is uncomfortably straight forward and honest. BJ and his crew went out of thier way to insure a quality install. BJ West came out to give us an estimate for our Generac generator. He was on time, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Due to a long delay in the time from ordering to install, we were fortunate to have BJ call us to tell us he would be doing the full install. BJ and Trevor were very impressive in their professionalism when installing our home backup generator system. They provided a neat and orderly arrangement as well as leaving the area in a clean condition. Along with this, working with Donald to set up the purchase agreement and scheduling to our needs, gave us the confidence that we were in good hands. Glacier Power is top notch.
Glacier Power Solutions installed a 28kW generator at our home that will help us rest easier when we are away from our home in the winter. The work was done on time and at the price that was previously agreed upon through Costco.
