The sales/design guy is very knowledgeable, explained the install step by step...and he did not pressure me to buy. Communication on the phone and emails/texts was prompt and thorough. The install team was fantastic. My Generac 22k was installed in a matter of about 3-4 hours. The installers were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and left zero mess once completed.
