I used to work here back in 2012 back when Sartori owned it. Was a cool place to work. I learned a lot and when I got let go after burning the heck out of my leg I went back to school and learned to be a cheesemaker myself. I kind of miss working here. It was a short walk down the street from my house. Haven't set foot in Linden since I moved in 2013 but, Like I said I do kinda miss it.
I'm not sure I should share what I've found in my cheese from this place!! 🤢
I work here, it’s pretty laid back as long as you do what your supposed to do, the manager and the one cheesemaker make working here a great experience
Very nice cheese factory to unload milk at.
