Wow. This place has a level of integrity rarely seen in businesses, large or small. Incredible. Here's my experience: I bought a car which had its windshield replaced by them. The replacement was done to pass a safety, after which the car sat for 2 months pre-sale. After 2 months, it was driven 2 provinces over to Manitoba and registered there, where I reside.
