I was so excited to go to this hotel based on reviews. Unfortunately, I am disappointed. Spacious room but not very cozy. Bathtub was dirty, dead bugs in the room. Jacuzzi in the pool area was not clean. Standard breakfast, nothing special. Biggest disappointment was a pub at the hotel - No alcohol and server very unfriendly and food way too salty. Unfortunately not worth it for the price. Hotel has a good potential but let’s see if they do anything about it.

Very disappointing… 🫠🤢🤢 The hotel location is beautiful, and the wooden exterior looks lovely. However, the inside is full of problems. The first impression at reception was extremely unfriendly service. Unfortunately, the service remained unpleasant throughout our stay. Breakfast was a complete disappointment. I am not expecting anything extravagant, but even the basics could have been done better. The lack of simple utensils during breakfast clearly shows that something is wrong. Great location for snowmobilers! We were staying there but snowboarding Revelstoke! The cabin we rented was great, hot tub was great and clean! The restaurant food at the man lodge was awesome! breakfast was amazing! For supper we sat by a real fireplace, incredible! The bartender/server was outstanding! The food was amazing, ribeye was delicious! Would definitely stay again!
