​I had a very unpleasant stay at Glacier House Resort/Hotel. The property is in a remote location several kilometers outside the main town of Revelstoke, which makes the lack of basic amenities even more frustrating. ​From the moment we arrived, the check-in experience was off-putting. Nice cabin, far from town. Quiet in the summer. Will be very busy and loud in the winter due to proximity to snowmobile trails. Our bathroom had a broken tile that had very sharp edges that could easily cut your foot. We told the peraon at the desk when we left - she was well aware and said there was nothing they could do about it. Yes there is, put grout or caulking in it so it doesn't cut someone.
