I am very sad to be writing this poor review, as it ruined a 3.5 year relationship between myself and the dealership in question. I went into Glacier with my 2023 Civic Si, looking to trade for a 2023 Integra they had on the lot. We completed the trade and paperwork. Just going to say sales and service was great but suspect they need more loaner cars given they service a wide RURAL area. My car (11,000km) has a non functioning battery and could be towed in, but they are too busy for a week to see it. They 'might' get to it if its towed in but then I'm without a vehicle for a week , I can't even go to the store to get milk and don't have transport in case of emergency. . No loaners are available. I had a really disappointing experience with this dealership today. I had a confirmed 10:15 a.m. appointment with Jade to see a specific vehicle. He showed up about 15 minutes late and didn’t even acknowledge me when I arrived — he was sitting with someone else. Be careful when shopping here. I was in the market for a new Pilot. I had found one in Cranbrook and let the sales person know, we would be getting it. He then said, what can I do to keep your business local. Obviously, a better deal than what I was going to get - which they did. I paid my deposit, signed for the car and was told that by a certain date the car would be there. People in there were so (Bryce)welcoming, approachable, easy to talk to. And I love seeing the video, what they have done for it. And I believe she is a super duper mechanic, helped me keep my vehicle safe and myself. Grateful for you and the rest of the team. Thanks for providing us coffee too while waiting.
