I opened a savings account because I was required to when I opened up a CD at this location. After completing The term with my CD I withdrew the money from the CD and forgot to close out the savings account. I never got a letter that I needed to close the account or use it. I just received a letter that they took the balance today. I won’t use this credit union again 3/3/26 -I was contacted by the company. They refunded me the money. The person I talk to you on the phone was apologetic and professional.

I am so happy to be a member for the last 15 years. Just recently I was helped get the loan for a new car at a great rate. I want to say it was not easy but Kelly Masnica helped me through this whole process and was the BEST! Thank Glacier Hills for being so awesome! Also a shout out to the gals I get to see when visiting the FDL location. They are the best too!
NEGATIVE 5 STARS UPDATE_ 4-24-2024- Well my below description of this business continues to be dismal. Apparently it upset a few, "suspiciously" my debit card info was leaked overseas. Granted I was notified by a 3rd party contracted agent, which was alarming to have an overseas agent call you to say your debit card information was used in the Middle East.
