RIDICULOUSLY overpriced. I got charged $85 for "diagnosis" even though I had already figured out what was wrong, just need it confirmed. Then, $140 for a $35 dollar part. The tech was there for less than 20 minutes. They also took 2 full days to come...If you ever have problems with your AC, try to figure it out yourself and you will save a ton of money.
