When I called to make an appointment, I was so surprised to be able to get one for the next morning. After a very comprehensive audiology test, a thorough explanation of the results was given to me. Temporary hearing aids adjusted to my hearing loss were provided as a test, to give me an idea of the difference, which was significant. I appreciated the entirely professional appointment and would recommend this office to anyone.

I was able to obtain the appointments with little wait time. Alexis is knowledgable, friendly and with great listening skills. She answered all my questions and taught me all I needed to know about the hearing aids I purchased. I was able to obtain the appointments with little wait time as well.
