Glacier Glass was amazing to work with. They did a great job and my shower doors are beautiful! I would recommend them for any job you need done. Thanks Heidi!

My dad used Glacier Glass for the last home he build and referred me to them. I got prices from a few glass shops, Glacier was the most competitive. Clinton and Heidi were great to work with, they communicated well, were kind, nice to work with and respectful of my home. They installed mirrors in our bathrooms and a glass shower enclosure, it all came out amazing. The stainless steel trim detail they did around our bath mirrors looks very clean and super custom.

Customer service was above & beyond what I expected! We ordered a window pane glass & the owner was in Durango for the day. He ended up offering to meet us back at his shop after business hours to get the glass for us. Very courteous & helpful! The window pane fit perfectly!

Got referred to them by somebody we respect. Reached one of them, but they were on a job and said they would call back and get it scheduled. That was over a month ago. We have called at least seven times trying to give them the opportunity.

The shower glass we ordered looks nice, and we do appreciate that. Do not appreciate the disappointing customer service. We were scheduled for a Tuesday between 2-4. After spending our entire afternoon waiting around, we were told they’d come, failed to find parking, and left. Wasted one of our last summer days ….. and there was a spot in our driveway I’d made sure to keep open for them. For the quality of the product, this company is fine, but would not use again due to the lack of respect shown for the customer.
