Nothing against the reception staff, they are awesome and I feel bad for them because they have to support certain doctors who shouldn't be paid to be there. Thank-you for being as helpful as you could be.
My review is a couple of months delayed but I signed up to be a new patient and quickly withdrew my application, the elderly receptionist is beyond rude and obnoxious. The young gentleman working at the front (Andy) was the only reason I thought about staying, he was kind and very understanding. Absolutely disgusting behaviour on the blonde elderly lady, you really should speak nicer to your staff, everyone can hear over the so called “radio”
Receptionist so pleasant and accommodating and NP Dianne the best! Genuinely show care to her patients .
