We purchased a truck at the auction. Was running hot. Took it to the on a Monday and left as they said they could get it right in. They called and said they would have to order parts, it would not be done for 4 to 6 business days. The following Monday I called and they guaranteed it would be done on Friday ( almost 2 weeks) later. I said ok as I had to fly a guy up to from Juneau to get it. They do excellent work and are extremely friendly. I had my tires changed, oil changed and the engine winterized and they offered to drive me to the shopping center so I can get lunch instead of waiting 3 hours in the garage lobby. They also were very patient in any questions I had, and the guy who drove me to the shopping center even gave me advice on how to take care of the car during my first winter here. Thanks.
