I really appreciated how kind and helpful they were whenever I had questions. Most of all, I loved how easy it was to communicate with them. Being able to text and get quick responses right away made everything so much more convenient. Highly recommended!

Was stuck in Fairbanks on my roadtrip with my Jeep disabled. Helped me accommodate when i didnt have an appointment. Communication with the lady at front desk was great, always kept me in the loop. Repairs were done in a timely manner. Highly recommended auto shop.
Not sure that 630 is the norm for winterazation but definitely unhappy about charge for previous winterization removal on the bill and the old wiring not being removed just shoved behind the air manifold. Update in response to owners reply (not sure how to reply back). I know for a fact that is a lie for a couple reasons. 1 I got a full inspection on this vehichle and the heating pads had been stripped I'm pretty sure I have photos avalible. 2 the nice counter associate looked at the "removal" charge asked if I'd been told a... read more
