I just had a horrible experience with one of their employees. I have been using the Touchless Avalanche Car Wash with the same Wash Code and Member Number for the past 4 years (buying additional 5 or 10 wash options). When the terminal would not accept my code, I drove through, parked and found an employee and showed him my receipt. He asked to see my car tag.
