I have been dealing with a bad back & neck onset by a car accident from several years ago. Cryotherapy helps keep the inflammation down, I sleep better & have more energy! It is cold but it’s only 3 minuets and I am usually warmed up by the time I get dressed. I don’t know about you but to see this much of a different after only 3 min is Amazing to me. Wow!! Just went for the Cryo facial and it was amazing. Pam is the real deal. Super kind and fun. She knows her stuff. I could have talked to her for hours. I found the freezing temp relaxing. I went in there with high blood pressure and when she was done is was practically normal. I'm sold. Everyone please try it at least once. There's nothing to be scared about.
Yesterday, Pam gave me a facial including through my scalp chilling experience and it felt amazing!
