Tiny is horrible , but karma real !!! You want to charge people 1,000 for taxes who been coming to you for a minute. Then you RANDOMLY start acting funny , not being in office , doing cowardly moves, my letter never came ….. WHY cause tiny or Lameatria had my address wrong last year and this year. LIES and POOR COMMUNICATION - supposedly submitted my 2020 documents. Refund never came and they ignored every communication attempt I made until the next tax season. I was then told that they guarantee that it was submitted again. Lied again, it was never submitted.
Worst experience ever .
