Our experience with G.L. Hunt was positive from the very beginning. The technician, Jerod was very patient, thorough, and personable. He took his time to answer all of my questions and help me understand the process. The crew that came out were all very hard working and respectful of our yard and home. G. L. Hunt just finished the foundation repair on our house. They were great....everything was cleaned up and shrubs were put back in the beds. They even spread the excess dirt in my yard, exactly where I showed them. All the crew worked tirelessly and were very respectful. Sudsanda, Louise and Antonio kept us updated on everything. Thank you and I highly recommend this company!
CJ Gonzalez answered most of our questions. He also told us about an additional item that would help to stabilize our foundation. He was very knowledgeable and courteous.
Not happy with this experienced. Everything the “project manager/sales guy” told us did not come true - said it would take all day because this takes a lot of work and it only took 3 hours. Told us he would fix the porch as an add on but nobody knew what we were talking about when we brought it up after nobody looked at it. When they said they were finished, we set a ball down and it rolled down the entire room because it was still unleveled.
