Please invest a little extra and hiring an independent structural engineer!!! I promise it’ll save thousands in the long run. G.L Hunt worked on my foundation a few years ago and since I’m getting ready to sell my house I had a structural engineer come out make sure everything was copacetic, and was advised that I did not need all the piers they had installed and spent thousands more than I needed to for the foundation repair.
Ammie responded to my request for a drainage estimate with a quick email and then phoned me to schedule an appointment. She was nice and friendly and professional.
