I’ve contacted the property manager April Flores and Director Lindsey Hatfield numerous times by phone, email, and voicemail regarding ongoing concerns, but responses typically come back only by email one or two business days later, if at all. Don’t even expect the bare minimum from them, that would be waaaaay too much. What a mistake we got ourselves into!
☆☆☆☆☆ (zero stars) “Where’s Winnie?” Managing an HOA community requires communication — a concept apparently lost on Winnie P. Unreachable by phone, unresponsive to messages, and allergic to confirmations, Winnie has redefined “community management” as a spectator sport where residents do all the work and she does none of the responding. Need something confirmed? Good luck. Expect a callback? Adorable.
