Don’t even expect the bare minimum from them, that would be waaaaay too much. What a mistake we got ourselves into!

Unreachable by phone, unresponsive to messages, and allergic to confirmations, Winnie has redefined “community management” as a spectator sport where residents do all the work and she does none of the responding. Zero stars if I could. Took this company to small claims court over their shady billing and won. LBPM / Ideal Property Management consistently overcharged for basic maintenance (like $250 for a smoke alarm battery) by funneling jobs to a contracting company owned by the same people running LBPM—a conflict of interest they failed to disclose.
