G&L Executive is great! I’ve used their services twice and would definitely recommend them. On both occasions the drivers were very professional and arrived earlier than the scheduled time which was a huge plus for me. I will certainly be using them again.
Just like the other reviews, if I could give negative stars, I would. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with, and it's amazing that this business is still going. Very unprofessional, and unreliable. The only time we spoke to someone is the first time we called to make the reservation, after that we spent two weeks trying to get a hold of him. Our original vehicle was unavailable on the date we schedule but Gino did an excellent job getting us another luxury vehicle for my Protector Prom. His driver was awesome great personality and professional glad we decided to go with G&L Executives. Also, they offered my son a complimentary ride in the original vehicle he picked out so he’s looking forward to that. I will share and use their services again.
If you want to be on time, don't go with G&L. My cousin had a bachelorette party pick up at 8 and they didn't even show up for an hour and 20 minutes. Terrible customer service.
G&L IS INCREDIBLE! I spent hours searching for a limo service for my girlfriends and I to go to Arlington Park from downtown Chicago for my birthday. After receiving quotes around the $600 mark roundtrip I felt defeated. I finally stumbled upon G&L and through there website, received a quote (for less than half the price, round trip without any groupon/coupon) within minutes through their 24/7 online chat (this was on a Sunday).
