I had 2 heat pumps installed by GL Caissie Home MDs and I couldn't be happier with the final product and professionalism they provided . JD, who came out to our home, went through all options from his experance for install and offered many models for us to pick from. The installation was fast and professional, the crew was amazing. I would recommend using GL Caissie Home MD's not just for heat pimps but for any service they offer. From what I experience they will supply exactly what is promised.

The quality of work is really good but they are extremely expensive. They round up on tracker and work time hours and left a mess all over the floor that I had to clean up. I won't be using them again. If I have to pay that kind of money and clean up the mess it's not worth it.

Just had both mini splits cleaned by GL Caissie. Mike did a great job And was very personable and a pleasure to have in our home.

We had a heat pump, air exchanger and fire place installed in our new build. Great experience. The cost was as expected and they showed up when they said they would every time. They even made an extra trip to go over how everything runs a second time. Great to do business with.
