Although pricy, we now have a working mini split. We received fantastic service! Both the office and the service technician were kind and helpful. The technician quickly found the issue and fixed it and explained everything to us in a way that was easy for us to understand. We really appreciate the work. Thank you!

We were very pleased with the service from GL Caissie’s regarding our new mini split heat pump. The salesman, Brian, got us a quote very quickly with two options. Once we decided which one to go with the installation was scheduled and carried out competently. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend HomeMDs/GL Caissie’s.
I had 2 heat pumps installed by GL Caissie Home MDs and I couldn't be happier with the final product and professionalism they provided . JD, who came out to our home, went through all options from his experance for install and offered many models for us to pick from. The installation was fast and professional, the crew was amazing. I would recommend using GL Caissie Home MD's not just for heat pimps but for any service they offer. From what I experience they will supply exactly what is promised.
The quality of work is really good but they are extremely expensive. They round up on tracker and work time hours and left a mess all over the floor that I had to clean up. I won't be using them again. If I have to pay that kind of money and clean up the mess it's not worth it.
