Amazing service - every time. This was our 3rd major install with GL Caisse and Home MDs over the past 12 years. This job was removal of the old wood and electric furnaces and install of a ducted heat pump. It wasn't an easy install but Eddy and Brandon did a fantastic job making sure it was done right and left the house spotless when they were done. Very responsive at head office as well if you have any questions. Great company with good people who are exceptional at what they do!
would not fix the damage caused by their work
Although pricy, we now have a working mini split. We received fantastic service! Both the office and the service technician were kind and helpful. The technician quickly found the issue and fixed it and explained everything to us in a way that was easy for us to understand. We really appreciate the work. Thank you!
Got a mini split installed by the crew and they did a fantastic job with very reasonable pricing. Special thanks to Yannick Richard in sales who was always there to answer any questions I had from beginning to end!
