I have been using this shop now for a little while now. For us motorists, our biggest fear when it comes to vehicle repairs is always "is it needed and how much". This is a wonderful family business. Gabriel and his wife (and sometimes kids) are friendly, hard-working and honest folks who treat customers fairly. I've also interacted with a few of his team members, and they have been courteous and respectful. I suspect the owners treat their staff like customers. Gabriel has a great personality, but in my opinion, his best qualities are his honesty and fairness. Years ago the shop was great, now they have growing pains and dont care about work done, or service to customers. I now understand why the people in Bouctouche dont go there. Too much money for work not done, no customer service. We will find somewhere else no to get ripped off again.
