This is a wonderful family business. Gabriel and his wife (and sometimes kids) are friendly, hard-working and honest folks who treat customers fairly. I've also interacted with a few of his team members, and they have been courteous and respectful. I suspect the owners treat their staff like customers. Gabriel has a great personality, but in my opinion, his best qualities are his honesty and fairness.
