Got a quote to get a hot water unit replaced. Grant was very helpful in identifying the problem and ran through the trouble shooting process. Was sent a quote, which i was happy with and paid the 50% deposit immediately. I was busy and just skimmed through the line item and price. Grant did put in the quote that any electrical work was to be paid on top if required. But at no point during the phone conversation that this was made clear. Needed a gas hws replaced for a rental property which had failed in the afternoon. GKR promptly quoted and fitted a replacement the next morning. Excellent service and fair pricing. Definitely recommend Grant and his team.

Grant and the team provided AMAZING service! Grant was out to inspect our hot water service in under 24hrs from our first phone call and had the HWS replaced that same day - also beating the other prices we had found for a new HWS! Fantastic communication and great workmanship, will be using them for all our future plumbing needs!
