Called multiple times to book a told to bring my PWC in for repair on a certain day. I called the day before to confirm the appointment and I could not get ahold of anybody. I kept calling the following few days to no response. I managed to get ahold of somebody and all of a sudden they are too busy and they will “put me on the list to book me in”. Does good work and has a lot of industry knowledge though has deep ties with the old school relic assessor’s and insurance companies hence doesn’t work for the customer. The above is basically vertbatim!
