I had an appointment for 10am lumper service charge you up front $165 lumper fee. They get to pick and choose what truck they want to do unload or not. It took 3+ hrs to get out of the dock.
Terrible customer service if I’m asking for an update don’t just tell me to go back to my truck and wait for green light very disrespectful and unprofessional.
Please let your worker know that respect the truck drivers very unprofessional worker that one he is collecting unloading payment
