Gavin was very prompt at quoting and accepting my deposit but that’s where the service ended unfortunately. Gavin dodged phone calls, txts and emails for over 8 weeks until I explained I would be asking for my deposit back if he could not complete my work. My house was left in shambles after the gutters and facia were removed (and left strewn around the lawn and garden) and couldn’t be re-set by him. GKH came in October 2023 and gave a quote.Twice they promised to come NEXT WEEK,but never appeared nor apologised.On15/5/24 when I texted them to tell them I was fuming they replied with:I THINK YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER!!!
