This is a lovely apartment, just a short walk from many amenities. The building has an on-site laundry room, free parking space and it’s been quiet so far. The property manager is also very responsive.
I stayed at GK3 apartment in Prescott for about 7 months. I needed a place to stay while I was in transition. I enjoyed my stay there. It was a calm place, the other tenants were kind, quiet and respectful of others. I had once a water leak behind my toilet, and they fixed it within a few days (like 1 or 2 business days). I don’t think the opportunity will come again, but if I would need to stay there again, I would consider it for sure.
I was nervous striking out on my own in an apartment and GK3 put me at ease. The property manager is very accessible, responsive, and reasonable. The units are well maintained inside and out. Prescott is a neat small town with essential services and access to more in Brockville, Kingston, or Ottawa. Well worth your consideration
GK3 group has been awesome! Great property & location, easily walk to many amenities in the area as well as taxi service. Dhar is very quick to address any issues should they arise. I rented a two bedroom apartment for many years from the GK3 Group they have been very prompt and professional. Units are affordable and well maintained.
