GK3 group locally owned, well maintained, and very secure premises. Friendly people, a safe comfortable environment to be living in.
Management cares about residents. It’s a collaborative approach where residents and management work together to create a safe, enjoyable place to live. I’ve being a tenant for over 7 years. I am completely satisfied and feel valued as a resident.
This is a lovely apartment, just a short walk from many amenities. The building has an on-site laundry room, free parking space and it’s been quiet so far. The property manager is also very responsive.
