Gary Deserves Praise What a nasty review from Natasha-jayne Wilkinson! She's very rude and seeks to suggest that a trivial traffic incident makes Gary a terrible plumber. That's not the Gary we know! As a technician, he's a good professional. He's been considerate, thoughtful, customer-oriented and shows scrupulous attention to detail. Obviously you can't know what exactly what happened on Leeds Road but it doesn't sound like Gary at all.
