When I was in a pinch looking for a mechanic for a used car sale inspection, everyone else turned me away and was super short with me. But Katie was so helpful and friendly right away and provided me with a lot of information about what to look for, and what to test. She was away from the sunshine coast so she could not be there to inspect herself. But, she answered all my questions and provided her professional opinion. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone.

Was very responsive and eager to come help me with a suspension issue but Kate was not as familiar with the specific needs of my job and as a result left me with a very large bill and no progress. We had been trying to put my independent front suspension together but due to lack of tools, experience and poor management of expectation my truck is still stranded. If you have small mechanical issues and not much experience Kate is great but would not recommend her for bigger jobs.
Wow! helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She changed my belts and then my boat worked again, just like some sort of magic! She fixed what was broken and didn't over sell or push unnecessary stuff on me. My boat is super dodgy so it would have been easy for her to do. But now it runs better than before. 10/10 would recommend her work
