If I could give no stars I would!!! I have never experienced such an unprofessional billing manager in my life and I have worked for various hospitals billing depts. “Kerri” is very rude and short. I called to see why an account was sent to collections when payments were being made and I requested payment plan options. She told me to contact the collection agency.
