Poor scheduling for sick-patient. Staff no empathy
I agree with the other reviewers and can see why they’re rated so poorly bad customer service. Don’t even think of sticking up for yourself with their snotty personnel. They will just release you for nothing and say you’re giving the staff a hard time and cancel the day of the appointment completely unprofessional.
Very bad customer service very unprofessional People they blame me. I’m a rude on the phone with the staff. I go to the office and I’m gonna talk to the doctor two time dr don’t wanna be with I think they hate Muslims. I see the Dr attitude is so bad dr Kummar is very unprofessional Dr he not even talk with me and he sent a letter to my home. Very very double standard people I feel too much hate
