Horrible business practices. Take your business elsewhere! I purchased 2 leotards - the 2nd one was a cheap add on I only got because in my mind it' shipping would be "free" since I paid the ridiculous $12.99 for the first Leo.. They did not have primary one I ordered so cancelled it later on (without telling me, I had to call), and did not tell me before they shipped the 2nd leotard to give me the option of cancelling the entire order - which I would have done. Terrible customer service. From Mauricio who took the order incorrectly, to manager Jose who listened to said call, and CANCELLED an order already in transit with incorrect shipping options so I "could get it in time" . Cancelling it meant I had to pay for the order again with the correct shipping option. I told Sarah in Cust. I ordered a swimsuit through Boscov’s which was delivered from Elite Swimwear. Because it didn’t fit, I had to return it to Elite, and Boscov’s didn’t make the process clear. I ended up speaking with Janice at Elite, and she was on the case! 3 days later my PayPal account has been credited. Thank you Janice and Elite Swimwear for your excellent customer service.
If I can give no star I would. Stay away. They are crocks. They have charged me for shipping which is fine but they also charge shipping to return the shoe. The shoe samplers are wrong !!! I’ve paid so much with trying to find the correct size for my daughter with shipping fees.
