If I can give no star I would. Stay away. They are crocks. They have charged me for shipping which is fine but they also charge shipping to return the shoe. The shoe samplers are wrong !!! I’ve paid so much with trying to find the correct size for my daughter with shipping fees.
Horrible company. I have been ordering from companies for 40 years and have never experienced one with so many policies in place as far as returns and exchanges. I can't believe American Girl would use this company for their matching gymnastics outfits.
Absolutely DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They charge for shipping, charge a restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for returning the item, then they charge you 15.00 to purchase a new pair. These sneakers are absolutely the worst quality. WHO ever orders from here BUYER BEWARE! Also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Horrible exchange policy! You have to pay to exchange and also pay a restocking fee just to order the same exact item just a bigger size. Would highly not recommend ordering from here if you are not positive when it comes to sizing.
