As soon as I walked I was greeted nicely and they helped me out. I would recommend this medical supply place to everyone.
When I started with this company, they were great always on time for my supplies now they just got cheap and make you wait later and later for your supplies the first picture is how the supply started now the second picture is the cheapest mask they gave me now spoke to the manager and she did nothing so I much rather take my money somewhere else
This company used to be one of the best in El Paso, which is why I chose to get my supplies from them. However, it is very evident that there has been some sort of staff or management change that is negatively affecting customers. When you call, the person answering their phone isn't even knowledgeable to answer basic questions. When consults expire, no on calls to tell the customer. GREAT SERVICE, FAST FRIENDLY STAFF! GREAT JOB, GK DREAMS LLC.
Zero complaints all around! The entire process from getting called for scheduling and the first interaction with the front desk staff was seamless and friendly. Arrived to my appointment on time and was not stuck waiting an excessive amount of time to be seen. They answered all my questions with expertise and explained things in a way that was super easy to understand! Couldn’t recommend this place enough, I seriously look forward to getting some better sleep now!
