GREAT SERVICE, FAST FRIENDLY STAFF! GREAT JOB, GK DREAMS LLC.
Zero complaints all around! The entire process from getting called for scheduling and the first interaction with the front desk staff was seamless and friendly. Arrived to my appointment on time and was not stuck waiting an excessive amount of time to be seen. They answered all my questions with expertise and explained things in a way that was super easy to understand! Couldn’t recommend this place enough, I seriously look forward to getting some better sleep now!
The process of getting my CPAP was seamless and efficient. I simply called to schedule an appointment and was able to get in just two days later. When I arrived, I was seen promptly with no long wait. The staff member who assisted me explained everything thoroughly, from operating the machine to how usage would be reported to my insurance and doctor. I was also able to choose the mask that best suited me. Overall, it was a very pleasant and smooth experience.
I would not recommend using if you are using Tricare. They have hidden costs and are not transparent with what they say.
Carmen is a sweetheart very helpful....she reminds me of my mom....
