The first impression of the place and owner was very pleasant and I was very comfortable being there. After he diagnosed my sprinter he pull out my injectors and inspected them and also testing to see if they are working properly The work was done when I was waiting there in the spot . After he finished the repair on my van he came with me to test his work. Everything was done professionally and I was happy with the work and the price. Definitely I'm going back if any repairs will be needed in the future. Thank you again
Response to owners response: during the replacement of the turbos the cab must be lifted to gain access. I asked him if it would be a good time to an EGR delete and he said no problem. I gave him the EGR delete kit I purchased from Sinister diesel for $181.00 (not the cheap chinese knockoffs). I get a text message from him on a saturday saying that the kit is the wrong one and he cant get it to match up, to which I promptly responded by saying I could call the manufacture and find out if there was a problem but I got no resp... read more
The engine repair was fast and accurate. Official services could not find root cause and requested expensive replacements but here the reason of my engine malfunction was found just at once and was quickly fixed. The problem at the end was just tiny wire cut.
