George was on time, respectful and very thorough with his work. We were very impressed and will be using him again!
George did an unbelievable job on our rental property that we had recently purchased. The carpet in the bedroom had dark deep stains that were tough to get out. I’m assuming it’s from the previous owners two dogs. He showed up on time, gave me a great price, and was done in just over an hour. He has the knowledge and the equipment needed to tackle specific stains. I will definitely be using him again in the near future. The carpet looks good as new!
George is courteous and very punctual. We’ve had him clean our carpets twice and both times he’s done an amazing job. The carpets look like new. He takes his time and does it right. His prices are also very reasonable. I’d recommend him no questions asked.
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from GK Carpet Cleaning, INC. I hired them to clean my carpets, but they did a terrible job. The carpets were still dirty and stained after they finished, and they left a strong chemical smell that lingered for days. The price was also higher than quoted. I would not recommend GK Carpet Cleaning, INC to anyone.
AVOID GK Carpet Cleaning, INC at all costs! I hired them to clean my carpets, but they damaged them instead. The technician used too much water, and the carpets were left soaking wet. When I contacted them about the issue, they denied any responsibility and refused to fix the problem. The customer service is also unresponsive and unhelpful. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend GK Carpet Cleaning, INC to anyone.
